Jacek Duch

Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics of the Warsaw University of Technology (M.Sc. in IT). In 1975-1977, he worked at PSI AG in West Berlin.

In 1978-1993, he was employed at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he managed projects in Munich, Vienna, Paris, etc. He has also worked as a researcher at NixdorfComputer AG. Beginning in 1989, he managed the establishment of Digital Equipment Corporation’s branches in Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland. In 1992-1993, he managed Digital Equipment Polska  Sp. z o.o. Between 1993 and 1998, he managed Oracle Polska  Sp. z o.o. Between 1998 and 2004, he was a member of the Management Board at Prokom Software SA, and starting in 2000 – President of the Management Board at Prokom Internet SA, where his responsibilities included strategic projects. He also was Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Postdata SA, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Ready  Sp. z o.o., and Secretary of the Supervisory Board at Bank Pocztowy SA and Incenti (currently Asseco Business Solutions SA). He is a member of several industry organizations, namely the American Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications and the Polish Confederation of Private Employers.

He is the Chairman of Supervisory Board at Asseco Poland SA and its corporations in Germany and also Intotel SA, OGICOM and DECsoft SA.

Adam Noga

Holds a Ph.D. in economics. Graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, and of L’Ecole Hautes Etudes et Sciences Sociales (Paris). In 1991-1992, he completed his MBA at L’Université du Québec in Montreal. In 1993, he became assistant professor, and next in 1995 – associate professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 1999, he has been an associate professor at the University of Insurance and Banking. Since 2005, he has been a professor and vice-rector at Koźmiński University. Between 1985 and 1986, he  worked as a consultant in the Planning Commission of the Cabinet. In 1988-1989, he was a chief expert in the Ministry of Finance. In 1991-1992, he was a lecturer at L’Université du Québec in Montreal. In 1992-1993, was  Deputy Dean for Graduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Between 1993 and 1996, he was the Dean for Primary Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1996-1999, he was Vice-Rector for Didactics and Students at the Warsaw School of Economics. Between 1993 and 1998, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Polish Economic Society’s Scientific Board. In 1995, he worked as an expert in the Ministry of Ownership Changes. In 1996, he acted as a representative of the President of the Republic of Poland in public discussions on privatization and common enfranchisement.

In 1996-1999, he composed reports on privatization in the Polish economy. In 1997-1999, he was an advisor to the President of Petrochemia Płock. In 1998-1998, he was a member of the Supervisory Board at PTE Epoka. In 2003-2005, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. In 1999-2005, he was the Director of the Institute of Finances at the University of Insurance and Banking. In 2001-2005, he was the Vice-President of the Polish Economic Society. In 2002-2005, he was an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance. Since 2000, he has been a member, and since 2005, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Kredyt Bank SA. Since 1987, he has been an editor of the “Ekonomista” bi-monthly.

In 1998-2006, he was Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Poland SA. Between 2007 and March 2008, he was a member of the Supervisory Board at Prokom Software SA.

Currently, he is Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Poland SA.

Dariusz Brzeski

In 1988 graduated from the Central School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics) with the faculty of Organization and Management.

In the years 1988-1990 took the position of the Specialist for IT Systems Implementation in the Microsystem JGU company. In the years 1991-1994 acted as the Sales Network Director in the InterAms  Sp. z o.o. Between 1995 and 1996 on the position of the President of the Management Board of the Towarzystwo Finansowo Leasingowe  Sp. z o.o. (Finance and Leasing Association, a limited liability company). In the years 1997-2000 acted as the President of the Management Board in the Financial Management SA. Between 1996 and 2005 he was the President of the Management Board of the ABG SA. Since March 2005 acted also as the President of the Management Board of Ster-Project SA. After the merger of the ABG SA and Ster-Project SA (further operating as the ABG Ster-Projekt SA, ABG SPIN SA and ABG SA) acted as the President of the Management Board of the latter one to the moment of merger with the Asseco Poland SA.

Since October 2008 to January 2009 acted as the President of the Management Board of the ABG SA operating earlier as the DRQ SA.

Artur Kucharski

Andrzej Szukalski

Graduated from the University of Lodz with the title of M.Sc. in administration, faculty-financial law.

Participated in the trainings organized among others by the National Bank of Poland (Functioning of the reformed bank system), L. Kellog Graduale School of Management Training Program, Polish-American Management Centre at the University of Lodz (Capital Market in Poland), Institut Francais de Gestien IFG (Marketing and Financial Strategy and the Modern Human Resources Management). He acted as the Director of the PKO BP SA bank in Zdunska Wola, Deputy Director and Director of the Voivodeship Division of the National Bank of Poland in Sieradz, President of the Management Board of the Powszechny Bank Gospodarczy SA (Economic Bank), Advisor of the Management Board of the BRE Bank SA in Warsaw, President of the Management Board of the Bank Pocztowy SA (Post Office Bank) in Bydgoszcz. At present he acts as the Advisor of the Management Board of the Attis Broker  Sp. z o.o. and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Agronom  Sp. z o.o. in Sieradz.

He is the co-founder of the Polish Bank Association, acting previously as its Vice-President and President.
